DHF Storage units are available in two sizes, small and large. The small storage unit is 10 X 10 ft. with enough space to store the contents of a small, one-bedroom apartment. The large storage unit is 10 X 10 X 25 ft. with enough space to store the contents of a two-bedroom apartment.

The small storage unit has a walk-in service door. The large storage unit has a 10 X 10 garage door, similar to a one-car garage.

DHF Storage provides multiple levels of security. The storage facility is well-lit and secured by a fence around the perimeter, with a gate that is closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Multiple security cameras provide video surveillance of the storage facility, day and night.

Renting a self-storage unit is easy. First, you contact DHF Storage to check availability. Second, you fill out a rental contract via email or in person with owner Jeremy Schabo and make a payment. Third, DHF Storage will assign you a self-storage unit and code for the keyless lock.

DHF does not charge an application fee, move-in fee, or administrative fees.

DHF rents storage units using a month-to-month contract that automatically renews each month.

When you no longer need the storage space, simply provide a 30-day notice before the end of the current month. Your lease will expire at the end of the following month.

DHF Storage offers several convenient payment options. Renters can pay with cash, check, credit card, debit card, and online bill payment.

DHF Storage has storage available for household items, tools, furniture, business inventory, snowmobiles, lawnmowers, pop-up campers, and similar items.
